Morning all. Coordination call for Stoneridge stage two — Mike, Phil, Karen, all on. Three items: the corridor clash, stage claims, and access for the next fortnight.

Corridor C-two first. Karen, talk us through it.

Between gridlines C-three and C-five my four-hundred extract duct wants the same real estate as Phil's cable tray, and Mike's hundred-mil waste is cutting across the pair of us with its fall.

The tray was on the drawings first, for what it's worth.

And gravity was here before all of us. The waste keeps its fall — I've got no room to play with on a hundred-mil run that long.

Agreed, the pipe governs. If I drop the duct ninety mil I clear the waste, but then I'm into the tray.

I can shift the tray to the north side of the corridor. It adds maybe six metres of tray but the hangers are easy — nothing else lives on that side.

Does the duct at ninety down still sit above the grid line?

Yes — grid's at two-seven, the duct bottom ends up at two-eight-five. We keep a clean fifty of separation to the tray at the crossover.

Right, that's the corridor clash resolved. Duct drops ninety, tray goes to the north side, waste unchanged.

I'll re-issue the corridor mark-up with the new duct level by Monday the sixth of July.

And I'll re-mark my hanger positions Tuesday the seventh, once Karen's mark-up is out.

Then we walk it together Wednesday the eighth, seven o'clock, before anyone hangs a single bracket. All three of you, please.

Stage claims. Reminder the cut-off is the twenty-fifth of the month, every month. Claims go to Stoneridge Accounts, not to me.

On that — my June claim's showing as held. Any idea why?

Yeah — Stoneridge Accounts flagged the June claim Monday. It's held because the producer statement for the stage-one drainage is missing. No PS3, no release — that's the owner's rule.

That's fair — it's sitting signed on my desk. I'll scan it through to Stoneridge Accounts on Friday.

Do that and the June claim goes through in the next run.

While we're on money — retentions on this stage are the same as stage one? Ten percent down to five at practical completion?

Correct, ten then five, released per the subcontract. Nothing's changed.

And variations — do they go on the same claim?

Same claim, separate line items, each with its VO number. Anything bundled into a lump sum gets bounced back — Stoneridge Accounts are strict on it.

Understood. I've got two smaller VOs from the switchboard change — I'll line-item both.

Access. Crane's on site every Tuesday morning through July — seven till midday. Level two is closed under the lift path while it's running, no exceptions.

That pinches me — Tuesdays were my plant-room days. Can I get level two Tuesday afternoons instead?

Yes — level two reopens at midday once the lifts are done. Afternoons are yours.

Bigger picture: the ceiling grid closes on the seventeenth of July. Every service above that grid needs to be roughed in and signed off by Wednesday the fifteenth.

Tight but doable, if the clash fix holds.

Same — the ninety-mil drop actually makes my run simpler.

I'll need one clear day above the grid after Karen's ductwork is in. If she finishes the thirteenth I'm done the fourteenth.

Fourteenth's a crane Tuesday — you've got the afternoon and I'll hold the evening if you need it.

So that's the sequence — Karen through the thirteenth, Phil the fourteenth, QA walk and sign-off on the sixteenth.
