An AI team member that reads what clients and subbies send in, drafts a grounded reply, and queues it for you. You review, edit if needed, and approve — it never sends on its own.
How it works
Each message is classified (scheduling, pricing/variation, invoicing, site safety, general) and matched to a live job. The draft is grounded in the business context — current jobs, day rates, PC sums, this week’s schedule and policies. Anything involving money is automatically flagged needs review so a manager confirms the figures. Drafts use live Claude when an API key is set, and a deterministic grounded engine otherwise.
